+3 MI (down from +5 in Sept)
+2 WI (up from +1 in Sept)
+2 PA (up from tied in Sept)

It's all basically even though at those margins, as line ball as you can get almost.

RCP includes some additional Republican aligned pollsters which 538 doesn't, hence why 538 tends to favour Democrats a bit more.

He's a loathsome man, is Dick Cheney. Many of the Republicans who support Harris are low people. In my opinion, Harris herself is questionable.

It's a horrible state of affairs which underscores the poverty of US politics, and the conga line of conservative a-holes giving their support to Harris tells me that they recognise the radicalism of Trump.

Inequality in the US is horrendous and getting worse, and some nasty crunches lay ahead. It won't be easy to replace everyone's fave trashman, but the conditions for another MAGA hero from outside the system will be fertile for a long time.

100% correct

this election will come down to 4-6 states

and those 4-6 states are as tight as a fish's arse right now. Impossible to call right now.

Though it's worth noting that in the last 2 elections the underdog (betting market) has won both times Trump 2016, Biden 2020. So if that holds true again Harris will win.

Yes he did, think you have it mixed around. Biden was firm favourite and just won by 43k in 3 swing states razor thing margins in context of an American election.

Biden won 306 to 232 which was in line with the bookies. Final polls were 51% Biden, 43%Trump so trump got marginally more popular vote but nothing like 2016.
