I like how so many people are calling out him seemingly failing his "day 1" promises, the day after the election, somehow unaware that he hasn't actually taken office yet

Considering a certain tv network aired more than one instance of Albo throwing insults at Trump's direction, I'd say not very good. I also don't think Trump will be inviting Penny Wong or Kevin Rudd to the White House any time soon as well (based on the comments that they've also thrown Trump's way in the past - which was also highlighted tonight).

It's as plain as day that Labor fears what Trump represents and the power he has. Albo's penchant to spectate instead of innovate will see him join the illustrious ranks of Australia's third best PM Tony Abbott as a single term PM. His only chance of survival is to solve the cost of living crisis.

Considering someone who called him America's Hitler and cultural heroin is now his VP, I doubt he will worry himself much by some comments made by politicians from Australia years ago.

He is purely transactional, people have said a lot worse about him and he continues to use them for his own purposes (see Tucker Carlson).
