USA 2024 US Presidential Election: Trump vs Harris (pt II)

Wow, you really know **** all about diplomacy don't you?

I'll tell you what, when you go into work next, tell a co-worker you don't like exactly what you really think of them and let me know how that works for you?

People like bomb throwers. I understand it: people don't feel represented, so they are angry and they want a leader who is up for the fight.

It's not good for democracy, but Trump has changed politics.

Yep, maybe just speeding us up the inevitable iceberg we have been on a collision course with since the neocon/neoliberal era began over 40 years ago.

We just have high hopes and expectations. We have heard good things about this guy.
He's up by 5 million in the popular vote as it stands, I daresay he has exceeded all expectations!

Perhaps those who thought the polls had "over corrected" or that the bookies had been "compromised" or that getting the endorsement of a woman who sings generic pop songs about breakups = a recipe for success now have pause for consideration?

Your doomsday predictions are becoming worse and worse.
How many should I bookmark?
Trump has talked about high tariffs. He has in the past put high tariffs in place.

Do you think he won't do it?

Kamala Harris had made it clear to Netenyahu that things need to change. The rhetoric between the two was totally different.

Oh how I wish this were true.

And once she'd made it clear to Bibi, how utterly sublime would it have been for her to then let the American people (or at least the ones who care about genocide) know as well.

But she didn't. Because she didn't.

They're just fans, they don't actually know anything

You're right, if you actually cared about Palestine and you weren't just virtue signalling, you would agree that Trump was the better choice.

One of the more ludicrous comments on the thread, ushering in a new era of warped 'thinking'.

There is nothing to suggest that the Donologue would be better for Palestinians. You've just made it up to signal your lack of virtue.

Or otherwise show some...you know, the evidence thingy.

I put my hand up I thought the polls were wrong. However, you also had a prediction that Harris would win too.

What do you think Albo really thinks about Trump?
Put your thinking cap on please.

Considering a certain tv network aired more than one instance of Albo throwing insults at Trump's direction, I'd say not very good. I also don't think Trump will be inviting Penny Wong or Kevin Rudd to the White House any time soon as well (based on the comments that they've also thrown Trump's way in the past - which was also highlighted tonight).

Politicians throwing insults at each other?
Is that really your best attempt at what Albo actually thinks of Trump as POTUS?
