Ok Kangas what are your thoughts on Sheezle vs Kerch?
There is $158,700 price difference between the two of them. Now I know Sheezle is a star but he might find it hard backing up a 118 average season especially if he goes forward a bit more. Kerch if he is playing Midfield probably isn't a great starter but if he has that HB role again he could go 100-105 and be a bargain at $476k

Both. I reckon Kerch plays mainly back. Kangas have lots of options through the middle. Dont need him there atm. Would be wasted on a wing. Will be great watching he and Daniel chip the ball around to eachother. 100-105 Easy.

I could see Sheezel going 120+ if the Kangas improve. They arent going to give his midfield time to Phillips and Powell, regardless of how many touches they get against the roos vfl team in training. Him spending time at half forward just gives them a look at some different guys. He'll be in the guts come round 1.

I love them both obviously. But I think the sc board is sleeping on kerch a bit because he had a few injury games.
His first season average was elite it is comparable to daicos and sheez . I'm confident he improves it a fair bit this year and I've not heard anything from the club saying he is moving from hbf.
Sheez on the other hand is probably close to maxed out but more proven also. Less risk less of a punt.
Both works

We don’t have enough intel to make a call on either yet I think.

Too much uncertainty over their 2025 positions I reckon.

I have both currently.

If Sheezel plays too much forward in PS i will be dropping him.

Kerch should play HB mostly still in my opinion, with some stints in the middle. Ill back him to go 100+.

Just seen that in jhf last 11 games last year he had only 2 games over 100 i just dont get why youd pick him

Yeah, I dropped him after seeing that.

I think he'll improve and be F1-3, but dont think he has the consistency to see his price get out of reach. Even if he has an AA standard season he'll drop 3-4 shockers. There will be plenty of chances to get him for equal or less then his starting price.

Exactly if you look at jhf v rankine and rankine first 6 rounds its a no brainer

Yet those 11 games still yielded a 93 ave

The first 10 games went at 105 ave

JHF is entering his 4th season of AFL .....typically we see more natural progression, with improved AFL fitness

I get that wayne but they are 1 injury away from jhf having to play as a forward

I think the same can be said of Rozee, who came into the AFL system as a HFF

PORT are apparently changing their gameplan ....it's certainly a watch & see in the PS

Rankine, last year was his first getting significant CBA's (38%) ......if during the PS, he gets 50%+ CBA's he'll be a must ....we just need to see the impact of Peatling's role
