People are underestimating Rachele here. Like ROB, we have very little depth for his position if we lose him, and we'd be forcing Rankine out of midfield.

Agree, a small forward should be high up our draft list for 2025 I reckon.

But the arrival of ANB, and (hopefully) a fit-and-firing Pedlar will definitely help next season.

We should definitely look to rookie someone as I don’t think we have any real small forwards on the list - outside Rankine who we obviously would love to run more through the midfield. Rachele doesn’t play with zip, more like a medium forward, ANB and Pedlar similarly are not crumbing forwards.

Hard to go past Thilthorpe here if the form he showed in the back-end of 2024 is legit. It's the next club-altering talent that's set to breakout, alongside Rankine and Dawson.

Rachele is also a sneaky candidate here. A breakout from Josh - and he will be due one seeing he enters his fourth year on a list - could give us a further boost to commit Rankine into being a full-time midfielder
