Prestia, Lynch and now Balta. Bloody hell. Not a great look when we're filled with impressionable kids who need solid leaders around them. I thought so before hand but now I'm convinced Taranto needs to be given the captaincy. Nank was always a lousy stop gap solution. Bloody Balta. Dumɓarse.

Who cares about Prestia and Lynch, both have done their time at the club, Lynch probably only has 1-2 games left in his career, no idea why we kept Dion, hes a complete liability now on the odd occasion he plays. Would be stunned if both havent announced retirements by the midway point of the season.

Balta is a lot more disappointing given the contract and the commitment he made by staying.

Harsh on Nank, gives absolutely everything and had a pretty consistent year, Taranto was awful last year, would want to get back into 2023 form to be considered for captaincy, or the kids will overtake him rapidly.

Probably got legal advice.
Going in first is a positive step to reduce a penalty, whatever that is.
No doubt our players are targeted in the off-season, being ribbed by drunks.
So why do they keep putting themselves in places like this. They are easy prey as well known through media. For once if he is guilty hope they come hard on him as a deterrent! But than again they let dipsticks that just murdered some one on bail.

Players have a right to a social life. This is where being a celebrity or well known sportsperson sucks because people can be heroes, especially when they've been drinking and antagonise them without fear of repercussions due to the press coverage and career implications.

I'm not condoning what Noah did if he was the aggressor, but he also should be allowed to have a social life with friends and family.

Be interesting to hear the whole story.
Not sure on the details but a mate was up there and said he is surprised as there were a few tigers up there with him.

Not surprising the old ā€˜ AFL Integrity ā€˜ gets a mention and no doubt will provide its usual ā€˜ double jeopardy ā€˜ as such . Little wonder ex players look to seek compensation for any injury or similar once they retire and are no longer obligated to accept the AFLā€™s overarching rules .

Reading the article it was say the man was taken to hospital with laceration to his head could that mean he was glassed or punched and hit his head somewhere
If it was a glassing he is in serious trouble but letā€™s hope not

Could even be a split lip or eyebrow needing stitches. I doubt we will get any clarity on this for a while.

Rkn heā€™s going to cop a few weeks off either way via the AFL

Rioli and Bolton got in the shit a few years ago and copped a fine and got a feeling the AFL will take a harder line now under the current administration

would not suprise me if this is the way...
plus we don't have a Dangerfield to tell the AFL and the public 'nothing to see here, move along all'

How the hell do you get to ā€œglassingā€ from laceration to the head? LOL

Those gws campaigners copped weeks for dressing up

AFL integrity unit will slap heavy penalties on us, unlike Geelong where it's nothing to see here.
stack got us the biggest sanctions in cfl history because he snuck out and got a kebab

And yet you can OD in a pub and thereā€™s nothing to see here
