Luke Parker
Luke Parker has plenty of football ahead and has already compiled a resume packed with impressive achievements. Since landing at the Sydney Swans via the 2010 AFL Draft, he has won a 2012 premiership medal, earned All Australian selection and won two Bob Skilton medals. In 2015, he was added to the club’s leadership group at the age of just 22, and has led the team as a co-captain alongside Josh Kennedy and Dane Rampe since 2019. While Parker is among the league’s elite midfielders, his strong marking and expert game awareness make him a genuine threat when rotating through the forward line.

Luke Parker
DOB: 25 October 1992
DEBUT: 2011

24 is overs for him given his age. We'd have to float over our future picks on top for their 2nd rounder, won't do that though given our academy prospects next year.

Meeting in the middle at 44 seems like a fair deal.

Old saying mate go Hail Mary and see if they bite

In the middle 44 seems bang on then send that for Stringer

Happy to just walk away from this deal. He just not worth Pick 44.

44 is fair jeez as it is it’s unders for a contracted player. Might just be swaps next season anyway

We paid pick 33 for Taylor Adams last year. In comparison to Parks he’s a similar age and position, as well as being contracted. Both offered 3 years too. So there’s a reference point to justify why 44 seems like the sweet spot.

What North is offering is frankly disgraceful, any neutral knows he is worth a lot more. Rawlings isn't fooling anyone saying they are "happy to move on", their club is in desperate need of experience and he's their big recruit of the summer that they've been chasing all year. The length of contract + money they have offered him proves that they think he can be an important player for them in years to come.

At a reasonable price but not over.

Just split pick 44 to Melb for pick 49 and 54 something. Just hand the 54 pick to Swan. Everyone is happy
Is Parker a better player than Billings? Or Koschitzke? Or Fullarton? or Frampton?

As they were all valued above what you think Parker is valued at yet Parker is twice the player all those guys are
