CHF for the next 10 years
Yep.

It’s that simple.

He rises to be a consistent CHF, our forward line becomes a serious weapon when coupled with what we’ve built through the middle.

Comben, Larkey, Zurhaar, JHF, Thomas and Curtis. Have played 0 games together. It’s crazy

Goodness me you sure it isn’t Choms ?

As to the rest I’ve a good feeling in my bones that he will make it. A huge piece of the puzzle.
I'm more interested in Chominski having a good feeling in his bones ;)

With a serious run of games I truly believe he'll become one of the better CHF/KPF's of the comp. We win a lot of clearances already, LDU streaming out of the centre and having 3 different options would give me a good feeling in my bone/s too ;) Also be an upgrade on hitting up the 1 on 3 mismatch we usually roll with.

I like Todd Viney a lot, I don't hear much of anything these days, and for the most part it is usually been the other side of the fence stuff. LIke...

So TV. Apparently one of his first questions was, wtf! Why hasn't he been playing? There was no answer given.
Yes before those jump in and state he was injured, he played 9 VFL games in 2022.

Anyways it would seem Mr Viney is a huge fan of al Chomo. Would then assume so is al Clarko.

Does make it interesting with Chadman in the drafts and may well be the reason we trade pick one.

PS- I am now only two posts off leading this thread.

Just Passmore & giantroo out in front.

Go me !!

And unlike those guys, all your posts in this thread are done certified pantless.

Cadman is ultra athletic and ultra agile with a big motor and likes to get up the ground.

He was a wingman at lower age levels.

Chom and Cadman can co-exist, not that this should ever be a consideration factoring in Comben's injury history.

Geelong often played Hawkins, Cameron and Close down there.

Mate, it would seem that Todd is an astute gent. And for that matter al Clarko.

All aboard the Chompo bus.

Cadman is more like a Jeremy Cameron type forward imo, fast, agile and comfortable up the ground.

Shouldn't affect whether we take Cadman or not - we need someone who can hit the wings and take a mark or crash a pack when we can't move the ball quickly from defence (which will hopefully be less than the 85% strike rate we went at this year).

oh you lot of scallywags, fancy being nervous entering the iron mans thread.
He is now made of steely steel.

Just relieved as my simple mind was struggling with what had taken place with al Chomo.

You can talk about generational talent until the cows come home to be milked by say JHFF.
This young man has all the tools to be a grand footballer for many years.
His last ten VFL games has averaged 2.1 G's, 4.9 mks, 2,4 tackles and 9.7 disposals. All the while knowing he'd broken near everything possible.

Probably my 'buy ' stock for 2023, is listed at 199cm 84kg's , look fwd to what he looks like next March.

Still not sold on the Chadman, even though we're saying he's a Cameron clone.
We need a couple of them nifty pocket picking pressure playing goal kickers who can spend time in the midfield.

??? Larkey ???
Zurhaar Comben Curtis.

If either pillar go down, we have CCJ and Xerri, not sure many clubs have decent KPF twiddling their thumbs in the VFL.

lol i think im the only one saying he's Cameron like, just saying it as i see it. He's got the traits at least.

For mine he's the type we need, if we have Larkey and Chom up forward he can push further up the ground. Or if another tall and him we'd have a fast forward line - gives us flexibility. Not only that, he's a booming kick. Larkey struggles from 45 out, this kid will be a 55-60m zone breaking monster.

Going to be interesting to see how we look this time next year. I think most would agree that we need to take a KPF with one of our firsts next year, but if Charlie rips it apart, CCJ and Edwards improve and we draft a KPF this year like Keeler and we may well have a totally different perspective in 12 months time.
