I wish he'd put his arms out in front of him to take a mark though. When he takes it on his chest, it's easier to punch/scrag. If his arms are out he's more likely to mark it or get a chopping free.

Brad has actually got a reason to sit down with the umps this week.

Simply needs to say, look guys we don't have a problem with the 5 or so frees Buddy got, and then show the replays of a dozen or so marking contests Hale was in. Then simply ask - now - if the rules are the same, why didn't Hale get an extra 5 frees.

I would also hope the club does something about the free Roughead got in the first quarter out of the ruck - Roughy took his eyes off the ball, looked at McIntosh, then ran into his legs, and then received the free kick. Would like an explanation on that.

The explanation is they got it wrong

I thought Hale gets an awful lot of Frees I didn't watch all of last nights game did I miss something? He certainly got a good run of it against Sydney.

Nope, hale had a blinder of a game last night, but if he'd been paid frees like buddy and riewoldt do he would of kicked a double bag.

I was sitting roughly around the 50m arc and watched Hale pretty closely for the 2 1/4s he was down our end. Got absolutely monstered by his opponents with not even bat of the eye from the umps, had the north and neutral supporters in an uproar.

If Hale had been treated like most other forwards we would of cracked 110 on the scoreboard IMO.

"Happy to be both here, and 7th in the Coleman"

Missed the start but what I got was the following:

Goldman Sachs are responsible for tampering with the market, selling investors 600 million in bad portfolios, and then banking on these portfolios to fail. He believes that there is a cover up at the top of the organisation. Hale thinks China will lead from the from in the world economy going forward and will keep it's feet in a slippery economic climate. All this segwayed beautifully into football discussion by Hale comparing himself to China, saying he was now prepared to keep his feet and lead from front position. A new coach has led to great reforms in his game. His coverup is going beautifully and giving him greater confidence.
