Didn't care much about the ODI series and will not care about the T20s. Will lose that comfortably as well.Pakistan wins for the first time in 22 years by annihilating Australia in the last 2 games.
Absolutely diabolical performances, selections, strategies and processes.
Ishan Kishan will get disciplined by the BCCI, but now is not the time.$ is also why India's blatant dissent with the umpire was swept under the carpet the other day. Integrity came a distant second.

Pleased for Dizzy

Also, if you read what happened, there were extra marks on the ball, whilst it was in possession with the Australian umpires. If this happened in elsewhere in the world, I reckon you'd be putting the blame straight on the umpires.
Has zero to do with talent - talent has never been and is not the problem - neither are the other factors you listed are anyway near the main reason our batting had declinedBefore responding I'll preface by saying, at least in Australia, the batting is way down There's no doubt it's harder- but that's not an excuse entirely, I still think the batting talent is lower than previous generations. It's just exacerbated now that batting is harder so it's more glaringly exposed when it's not up to standard.
Yes but nobody cares outcomes limited over cricket$ rules world cricket.
$ says T20 and the IPL is king. They are far more lucrative than Test cricket. Players are bought for millions and play for their financial retirement.

And also between the ears.JFM has some major issues outside off stump
The BCCI will do nothing.
They're holding world cricket to ransom because everyone is scared to upset them.
If any other player for any other national side called an umpire 'stupid' and displayed the clear dissent shown by Kishan they'd be sent home. But CA didn't want to upset the BCCI on the cusp of India's tour ($$$) so they swept the matter under the rug.

There will be another game next week
It's all meaningless
Only Test cricket carries any significance these days
Players probably feel same
Kishan has already been warned by the BCCI for the lack of Ranji Trophy that he has recently played, and as a result has lost his central contract with the BCCI. So, I'd expect the BCCI to caution him on this as well. The BCCI will do nothing.

A year ago David Warner was given out by his good friend Joel Wilson and reviewed it in Sri Lanka. He not only demanded an explanation from Wilson as to why he was given out while he waited for the DRS review to happen, when it confirmed the decision, he walked off and gave him a gobful on his way.
He wasn’t sent home. Now this isn’t calling an umpire stupid, I understand that, but dissent etc is not the sacred cow that it used to be where if you breach it, you are automatically ostracised. So it’s not just being Indian that helps you get out of trouble, much as it probably doesn’t hurt.
Except the cricket teams that beat themDidn't see that incident, and happily agree he should've been sent home.
And I'd far rather have the BCCI behind me than the CA in such a matter.
No-one defies the BCCI.
