Yep it's a football club not a cult. Honest discussion about players and coaches is what this and other comparable forums are about. It's not about providing overly sensitive people with safe spaces because they can't deal with contrary opinions. Martin will always remain an all time great and favourite like Richardson, Bartlett, Bourke, Weightman etc. But time eventually caught up with all of them. It's not disrespectful to discuss whether the same might be happening to Martin, Reiwoldt, Grimes, Cotchin etc as well. It's just reality.I don't think anyone's wishing them away. They are club legends and always will be. But we have to accept they are in the twilight of their careers and not the players they once were.
Yeah but Rancey is still good...right?!...right?!?!?!...right??!?!?!!?!?!????I don't think anyone's wishing them away. They are club legends and always will be. But we have to accept they are in the twilight of their careers and not the players they once were.
I'm all for honest discussions and contrary opinions. Some of the stuff around these champs however has been particularly unedifying in the extreme. Not to mention disrespectful. That's the stuff that is unnecessary and weak and that my post was about but thanks for your take.Yep it's a football club not a cult. Which is exactly what I said.I don't think anyone's wishing them away. They are club legends and always will be. But we have to accept they are in the twilight of their careers and not the players they once were.
That mark he took on Liam Jones tonight was sublime.
Noticed a little more time in the midfield as well
Fantastic game from him
Crisp is a nobody. Dusty is the goat.A little off topic but can someone please explain how the Jack Crisp issue is investigated and dealt with in under 2 weeks whereas the Dusty issue was around 5 months
