I know its a long shot, but if this kid can make it, it completely changes our list over night. Playing style he is as close to a Jack Roo as we have had on our list in forever and that style of a player is the perfect complement to a Lynch style.

with you and hope same - this is what i hoped/wanted from Cumbers who .... with a couple of exceptions .... isn't quite there yet unfortunately

He may as well stay in the VFL if they’re going to play him back. He looks more mobile dangerous and at home cruising around the FL.

If the selectors like him, then I like him. If they think he has things to work on, then I think he has things to work on.

If Tiger(g)Imp-poster sacks someone who the selectors like, I'm going with the selectors.

I wish Bauer nothing but the best. He has some good weapons, and from what I have seen, a bit to learn, like any 21yo.

If Bauer helps us win, I will be deliriously happy. :)

Well Prehistoric Sunrise;) the selectors must have sacked at least two players for two debutants to be named. ;)o_O:moustache:

Looking forward to seeing how Bauer goes. Like Banks I'm not expecting him to take the game by the scruff and dominate. Just show some signs that can be worked on. 6-10 disposals 4-6 marks and a goal or 2, would be a nice return that keeps him in the side for a few weeks.

Wouldn’t overly say it’s a long shot. This kid has shown more at VFL level in a short while then some others we have had on our list.

That won't be enough for the vocal minority as that’s what Miller gets bagged for.

So what it's the same output ?
JB has been 18months on our list and played at pretty well the same level as Miller at State level for 4.5 years. It's not linear development with big men and HOPEFULLY both are going to be important in our future

Effort was impressive on the weekend.

He should get a few weeks at least after that.

Definitely something to work with. Not just marking I liked the long goal and has offered something down back to:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

I like how he imposed himself on the game even in the backline before going forward.

Not the finished product but definitely worth a few goes to help him develop even further. If Mini has any chance of getting the coaching job he has to play him on that effort
