i am asking you a direct and honest question, what is the problem with my post relating to race?
I accept that you genuinely don't understand what is wrong with saying you don't want to see Indian people in England, or Asians in Melbourne.

That you think "white people are generally more organised than black people".

And so on.

And I don't really want to explain it to you today. Someone else can have that honour.

I never said he was ‘just joking’.
You have completely misrepresented the context to suit what you have been conditioned to believe about him.

Nobody believes this stuff anymore save for his haters. And they are becoming less and less by the hour.
This is the bit you're missing. Just because he won doesn't mean he's not a sexist, racist or fascist. It's just that voters don't seem to care (any more, or perhaps never did).

Fascists and Communists have been popular in the past and are still popular around the world.

He didn’t mean it in a biological sense - it’s self evident when you read the context.
Contextually, I'd read Trumps words as meaning something more along the lines of lifeblood. I don't know that for sure, and reading it that way I'd still be shaking my head and thinking it was a silly and rhetorical thing for the man to say. But it doesn't beg comparisons to Hitler unless one deliberately goes looking for them.

Case in point being some posters up there posting about Trumps supposed hatred for migrants, conveniently dropping the "undocumented" bit from any quotes they use. It changes the entire context of the debate, and it's malignant when done intentionally... intent being the only thing I'd consider as being in question.

The sorts of people speaking this way don't read context. They see Twitter. They don't read books, they read comics.
Some of the comments on the Central Park Five up there read like posters knowledge of that case comes from having watched "When They See Us".

Buying into the politics of hatred (another word misused on a regular basis) reminds me of Star Wars.
Yes, I'm going to go there.
When Luke asks Yoda if the Dark Side is stronger, Yoda replies along the lines of "No, no... easier, quicker, more seductive".

Bit of a worry when even good old Star Wars is telling them where they're going wrong.

You do realise that stereotyping people based on race, is the very definition of racism, right?
it can be thought of as that, OR it can just come down to money right?

Demographics play a role in life and that is the way it is.

I'll give you an example,

You got two properties that you own in Darwin, you can rent them out to two white people or two aboriginal people?
it's your livelihood we are speaking of, who do you rent them out to? complete generilzation here......

If you rent them out to white people are you racist? IF the stats say you have much lesser risk of damage then if you vote with your wallet are you a racist?

These are real thoughts here, it's not Dysney land.

Yep great post, lets go back to 1973 and label someone a racist because he had a preference/ bias.

Its a SAD ass thread but i love it, you guys need to get over the trump bashing.

Well just because Trump has a cult and has been elected president doesn’t mean all criticism of him is suddenly null and void.

I mean you are right most don’t seem to care but doesn’t mean the guy shouldn’t be helped accountable, and I’d say this for literally any politician/public figure. It’s just Trump has uniquely done way more dodgy shit than basically anyone in and out of politics (in the USA) at least that I can think of.

I mean personally I am more looking at the what now, and think the way forward for the Dems is to purge all the centrist moderates and go full Bernie Bros (though females and non binary folk welcome of course)

That’s where my head is at, but one can walk and chew gum at the same time, and still keep Trump and the republicans feet to the fire.

So he appoints someone who wants to deport whole families - including American residents and citizens.

Yes. The likes of Bannon and others knew this and used this human propensity to go for the easy option to get a fascist into power: aka Donald Trump.

Its the same triggered crap the dems are spouting in the US just regurgitated on these boards hilarious, the left/Liberals are copping a flogging over there who would of thought this echo chamber wouldn’t like it.

From your posting history it wouldn’t surprise me if you are with Nick Fuentes and criticise the republicans for not being far right wing enough.

depends on which way you want to look at it......RANT coming up.
I snipped most of it, hope you don't mind.

Not long ago, there was a report on the ABC news website (from memory) about a South Pacific nation (can't remember which one, one of Australia's near neighbours I think) who refused to buy "Neighbours", the TV show, because "they didn't want to see shows about Australians - they wanted to see themselves".
The article was a bit tongue in cheek, but the point of it was that that country was lauded for doing so.

On the one hand, they'll celebrate that sort of thinking. On the other, they'll decry it as racism.
Just depends on what the agenda is.

I am a deep thinker, so no need to think you are going over my head here.......

I would be racist if I thought black people were inferior to whites and looked down on them.
There are differences in races that you seem not to grasp.

for example....It's like people trying to equalise males and females, they are not equal, they are different and there is nothing wrong with being different.

Do you understand my point, we have a phenomenon where we are trying to force equalization and it's not working.

Trump’s cabinet- a scream. It’s like an episode of month python. I figure they will be too far out of their depths to do too much damage. Minister for silly walks- bring it on Donnie.

I hope so but think they will get more of their terrible agenda done this time.

Thing is there will be a clash of egos and if Donnie is copping a lot of criticism and backlash for the extreme right wing nuttery being implemented I am sure he will throw some under the bus, as end of the day he is not ideological (which weirdly could be a saving grace), he only cares about himself.

You rent them out to whomever has the best references and rental history checks.
But there you go, bringing race into everything.

I am not a Trump fanboi, I know he is a polarising character, and probably a pain in the ass sometimes.

Dems and reps are not what they used to be, what IF we just vote for the right policies?
The world would be a better place.

This makes not a bit of difference.
Yes, it does.
So he appoints someone who wants to deport whole families - including American residents and citizens.
The Democrats used the politics of fear to get America here. They were beaten at their own game.
So let's see what actually happens now.

I'm watching.

Yes. The likes of Bannon and others knew this and used this human propensity to go for the easy option to get a fascist into power: aka Donald Trump.
Yep. And the Democrats are doing it, and there are posters on this board doing it.
The numbers of people doing it have begun to significantly outweigh those trying to avoid doing so.

they may, but was it a racist thought? I embrace difference, i don't hate! that is the difference most of the posters here will never understand.

I’ll pick one example of what you wrote - black people commit more crimes per capita.

Now you write that without any context as to why that could conceivably be the case, just makes it seem you think black people are just more dispositioned to commit crimes just cos they are black.

Now if you actually believe that, yes I’d say you are racist.

Everything needs context, I’d suggest the above stat would be more along class/socioeconomic lines. America has a disproportionate amount of poor people who are black (a disproportionate amount of poor people in general too).

So your initial claim about black people committing more crime per capital maybe factually correct, without contexts it is used as a way of saying “black people are inferior beings so **** them”.

Always look on the bright side of life.

it's a simple observation, it is a demographic.....

Then if I'm wrong, then why are the Dems targeting blacks and Hispanics?

That is racist too then?

Why don't they just have policies to display to everyone?

Answer that one!!!!!

Here’s a radical idea, get real estate agent to do background checks on the people to see who would be the more reliable better tenant, without taking their race into consideration.

This is what frustrates me in here, the old "I am not a trump fanboi" when clearly your posting suggest otherwise it.

Just own it. Own your hero.

Nope, you missed the point entirely, it's a demographic that is statistically right. doesn't matter which way you cut the mustard, it does not mean i hate black people, which i strongly do not hate or dislike. its just demographics.
