Smith is often considered Australia’s best Test batsman since Bradman, but his horror 4th innings record is a major blemish: No centuries and an average of 28.

For comparison in the 4th innings, Ponting averaged 50, Greg Chappell 49, Border 34, Clarke 32, Steve Waugh 26.

It is a blemish that will follow Smith like ‘Bradman on sticky wickets’.

Smith hasn’t been decent for years. I don’t think he is “without question” our best since Bradman.

Today looks a write off, but according to the best weather site on the planet, the Norwegians reckon there’s at least a session of play available

I'll say the groundmen will need more than 1.5 hours to prepare the ground given the rain would have fallen for nearly 2 days and by then it would have rained again lol.

I will laugh hysterically if Australia is 9 down when the final ball is bowled!!!
Even better if a wicket comes on a no ball, followed by heavy rain
