We have reached a level of greatness where players are being critiqued for not performing while still sitting in the top 3 of the AFLCA award.

I remember being stooked that we just had Jonesy for a while

Oh how the times I have changed
****ing wild to have two players in the top 3, and they might not even be the two players leading our best and fairest.

Who would?

Would think Oliver, May, Langdon top 3 but what order?

I sometimes get vertigo looking at the AFLCA leaderboard - mind can't wrap itself around the fact we have 2/3 of the best players.

Can't quite comprehend we have the 2022 version of essentially Voss and Buckley (some might not agree with this and that footy and players were better in the past etc)

I’d have May top, and wouldn’t be surprised if Gawn is ahead of Trac and Oliver
Yeah I have

May, Langdon, Oliver, Gawn, Tracc, Brayshaw, Pickett, Jackson.

Top 8 then tricky so cbs

It's what Topkent said. I'm critical because we have a team who could - perhaps should - win another flag. I want to see that flag with my own eyes at the MCG, and I don't want anything within our control to get in the way.

Poor kicking in a PF or GF scares the shit out of me.

It probably cost Freo the 2013 Premiership. They were 0.3 at quarter time and Fyfe (Freo's Petracca) had kicked two set shots out on the full.

My biggest fear is he marks 30m out directly infront in a final and we are down by 10 points in the last. He's almost the last player in the team I'd trust to take that kick atm which doesn't befit the 'best' player in the game.

Hird/Voss/Buckley would eat that shit for breakfast. Trac probably sends a helicopter on the full.

Would trust Viney way more than Trac, and Viney started off as a terrible kick at goal.

Can't the OX or Brad Green go down and show him how to kick at goal? Yze was pretty good from memory as well. Trac looks like the type of bloke that would have 100 shots on goal after training. So why isn't he doing it? He should have 20 goals for the season by now!
You want him kicking 45 a season as a pure mid?

Viney's kicking and decision making has improved so much over the last 4 or so years.

Very solid set shot and often hits some great passes inside 50. I no longer fear him with ball in hand like I did during the worst of the 'red mist' days

considering our coaches vote in the AFLCA award I would put my left nutr on the fact that they would be very close to the top 2 in our b&f

Oliver would be winning it by a decent margin though

Why is there a ceiling on how many goals you can kick as a midfielder? With Oliver and Viney more than capable at the stoppage, Trac can sneak forward of centre with confidence and he is a smart campaigner around the F50 with good hands for his size. Gets more shots on goal than possibly any other mid in the comp. So yeah, 40 goals would be very achievable if he could kick straight. Imagine how good we'd be if Oliver and Trac could kick straight in front of goals! Wowee!

or more like knowing Trac in big games he dobs two from 55m out and then dribbles one 25 metres along the boundary while picking up 35 touches

He may do. But one day he's gonna need to kick a set shot that we need. Do you trust him?

Shankracca turns into Clutchracca when the game is HUGE. Why? Coz thats what being a Melbourne homer is all about, convincing yourself of something you wouldnt otherwise.

Case closed TK, cant argue with that.

Kicked 5.5 in the finals so even clutchtracca can't kick better than 50%

Was less accurate in finals than he was over the rest of the 2021 season where he kicked 22.14

Lucky to keep his spot tbh

I wonder how low he could go by the end of the year, hope it gets to 10% for the lols.
