Sam Walsh first year was just as tough, coach got sacked, we only won 2 games

JHF will be no great loss to your football club, already shown he’s missing some pretty important traits to be a great player

I reckon I’ve had three hours sleep - thanks Jase. 
Hard to sum up my anger, disappointment and feeling of betrayal anywhere near succinctly but the bottom line is - if a player doesn’t want to be here, then we don’t want them.
Get the deal done, get him out and bring in a player worthy of putting on the jumper.
None of this ‘put him in the 2’s all year’ rubbish, he’s not worthy. What a lot of those VFL boys would give to be playing in the firsts!

Even worse when it is alleged he had covert meetings with Port whilst assuring us he would honor his contract, i get the impression he is not the brightest tool in the shed but possibly someone could pass him a dictionary with a place-marker on the page where the meaning of honor is listed.

I'm at work on zero sleep. With daylight savings and this JHF mess, I knew I would have a restless night so just stayed up till 4.00am to watch NFL. Of course my team stunk it up and lost to boot.I reckon I’ve had three hours sleep - thanks Jase.

Surely he jests, Wouldn't be a team ever that plans of having an Oppo club covertly poach a player they recruited with pick 1 who assured them he would play out his contract then goes behind their back and does a deal with said club.
You know what I’m a bit pissy at the way it’s been handled by him and his manager but I didn’t lose any sleep over it, something told me it was coming sooner or later.

It’s called a contact, which without bothering to read your long ass post I’m guessing you don’t have.
At the end of the day, Jase is a 19 year old with the body of a 25 year old yet has the mentality of a 12 year old still sucking on his mummy’s tit, doing what his daddy wants.

Really disappointing news, but not that surprising to be honest. Writing was on the wall for a while, none of us (myself included) wanted to believe it.
Not the end of the world, I'm sure we'll be getting pick 8 from Port as a starting point. We'll be heading into this draft with a solid hand, and if we get a future 1st as well it'll set us up nicely, especially if next year's draft is as strong as I've been told.
Just gotta cop the hits and keep pushing, and look forward to years of booing this kid at the Telstra Dome.
