Such a hard working player who gets a lot of the ball - the downside is that often gets it under extreme pressure which means he sprays his possessions at times, was particularly noticeable yesterday.

Definitely has a lot going for him and expect him to be top 5 in the B&F this year.

Hopefully can work on his disposal under pressure and find things a bit easier with more support around him in future seasons.

For him to take the next step he does need to clean up his kicking, especially now that he’s getting the ball 25-30 times a game.

Look at the best wingman in the competition - Daicos, Gulden and Martin.

He does that, he will get the recognition and it will improve our team a lot.

Can't deny how well he does everything else but that might have cost us the game.

Would be elite if his kicking was reliable in space.

Runs himself into the ground to provide an option and gets back defensively more than any other.

The amount of running work he does probably has an effect on his kicking too.

I don't agree with everything Nostrils says, and he does go over the top, but he's right about Bailey's kicking. If he can improve it then he'll be in the top couple of running wings in the game.

Personally I think anything requiring technique can be improved but it takes a couple of seasons of hard work.

His one on one defensive efforts are pathetic thus we no longer play him back there although that effort on dusty was laughable

put shock collars and the other campaigners and tie the geofence to bails, then send em on the tan, any of those pricks that sag off get zapped.

nah only underrated by yourself, he is top 5 easily, if you dont rate bails you surely cant rate 30 other blokes on our list. but hey your not gonna change so really its moot.

How's the repeated run off half back - just marvellous and exactly what we have needed.

Will be an absolute priority to get him re-signed over this off season.

He is a smart guy who will be in high demand - we need to show him a successful future at North....over to you Clarko.

Clarko seems to be playing him off HB since his return to coaching. I like Bails on the wing, but he still provides plenty of run and link up off HB.
Deserves a good spell
