Same would be the case with us, the players are not liking the way craig tries to make EVERYTHING into a positive.

If we get rid of NC will anything really change though. Maybe this as much an Adelaide thing as it is coach thing. Even during the Ayres reign, apart from Roo, aggression was a rare commodity at the AFC.

We like being known as a nice club rather than a ruthless club. We need a complete change in culture not just in coach.

We just don't have enough talent. No decent picks and overloading on size has taken us nowhere.

No, what we're seeing is what happens when a group of people lack direction. We have no leadership on the field at the moment. We expect too much of players with less than 50 games experience, because the vets we have in our side are only workhorses. Im worried that some of these kids are going to burn out mentally, or break down physically, because too much is being asked of them.

It's terribly disappointing, the team looks very dispirited at the moment. Im not sure NC can really do much about it.

I will say this though - why isnt Reilly tagging Maloney?

how exactly can you not blame neil craig for this, he has been the senior coach since late 2004, he is the man responsible for the gameplan and the way it is implemented.

He along with the playing group is responsible.

No, the players have been pathetic, but Neil Craig as the Senior Coach is responsible for the gameplan and the way it is implemented.

He deserves to be sacked.

If any other coach, who had been in the job for 7 years or more with limted success, team put in a woeful performance like this there would be huge questions asked about the future of the coach. This week we will get an idea of how deep rooted the AFC Boys Club really is. If Schwerdt still being at the club is an indciation, I'm betting they wont even flinch.

I am sick of watching performances like this. This year, apart from one half against the hawks and our game against the Sts last week, we have given the same lack-lustre performance and its not good enough.

My bosses would not put up with me if I was putting in that kind of effort. I will not waste my precious weekends (of which I only get every second week) watching Adelaide play when this is the effort they put in.

96 point loss I generally worry that we dont seem to be learning from our mistakes. Week after week we get smashed in stoppages, our skills are poor and we get touchy feel good spin from Neil Craig

I normally stay and watch the whole game but I just could not watch it past about halfway through the third.

I don't think we have an identity, and I don't think we stand for anything. Under the current regime we've very quickly becoming an irrelevance in the world of football.
