lets do it today boys!!!! no sloane no problem. Has rings of 97 to it. we had alot stars out in 97 and this group has gotta rally and get it done.
GWS' list for some reason matches ours really well, even in the middle. Wont be much in it and quietly confident. Hopefully the coaches will have been all over the boys during the week. bad performances dont just happen, there would have been a loss of focus and signs pointing that way during the last 2 weeks. our main problem is staying focused on winning 3 games in a row. sometimes my biggest fear is when we win a big emotional final. we almost never pull up the next week. We got a job to do and it dont get finished till the last weekend of September!
Confident that the issues of the last few seasons have been ironed out and we will be the ones turning on the heat! I will be very disappointed if the hard physical stuff comes out and we are like deers to headlights like last year. We should expect nothing less than the intensity of the Geelong game or the sydney final last year EVERY game from here on!!!
First 10 minutes will set the tone, and also my confidence levels for the rest of our finals campaign. They must start 100% maximum plaid and leave nothing in the tank. What ever luck comes our way, next man up!!!! Comon Crows!!!! Crouch to be BoG, dont care which one! ha!

Tex in "out of my way pricks, I am the captain" mode
At least 5 players with 5 tackles
Laird with 30 disposals at 85% efficiency (he averages 30.1 @ 81%)
Lever makes us sad that he is going (rather than making us angry he hasn't already left)
Talia in full body blanket mode.
Seed and Smithers combine for 30 kicks
Sauce in "I am the true AA ruck" mode.
McGovern with at least 2 "holy crap, I reckon we got him cheap" moments.

Good to see you're an optimist. Lose this game we'll smash the crap out of Port or the Eagles the following week and I'll be betting my life savings on us and then I think we win the week after at the G as well. The benefit of this is that we get to play an extra game which in years past has been a bad thing but it isn't nowadays because of the bye.
