Am I the only one who thought that was the right call? Short didn't contest the ball at all and no one was tackling him or even within an arm's reach of touching him. Not too hard to at least pick up the ball and get tackled over the line. He knew what he had to do but shat himself instead.
 
Ump can clearly see Green pull up on purpose to make it look like there was no pressure. Absolutely farcical.

Yes, he can.

But the rule has NOTHING to do with what the chasing player does.

Was put out of play - deliberately.

And said player was not under pressure. Green outsmarted a player he couldn't catch.

Trying to find the rush behind rule. Does anyone know the definition of it?

It was a wrong call, the rule is under 9 metres it's okay as long as you're under pressure. Was significant pressure.
 
The question is what was he meant to do?
Pulling up at full tilt? Wait for pressure?
He cant do anything under the rules at the moment.

Try to pick the ball up and find another teammate- there was 2 of them going back with Green!
