Intrigued to see how much a punch in the dick the new HTB rule "interpretation" will be.
Our teams will be first cabs off the rank with the new interpretation, and in the wet no less.
Im expecting a confusing shit show.

Cripps should expect around 6 HTB decisions paid against himOur teams will be first cabs off the rank with the new interpretation, and in the wet no less.

Cheers for doing the legwork on the stats I was too lazy to do. Honestly thought it was worse than that.Interesting.
Since 2021, you've played in 15 games with crowds of 40k+.
5 wins, 10 losses (33.33% win ratio).
Compared to the other 63 games with crowds of less than 40k...
44 wins, 19 losses (69.84% win ratio).
Seems to stack up. Fingers crossed for a big crowd.
EDIT: When I filtered the crowds out, I didn't realise that it dropped out 4 games that were played with zero crowds... all wins!
So corrected stats are:
Since 2021, you've played in 15 games with crowds of 40k+.
5 wins, 10 losses (33.33% win ratio).
Compared to the other 67 games with crowds of less than 40k...
48 wins, 19 losses (71.64% win ratio).
Double EDIT:
Of the 15 big crowd games, 10 were at AO, where you fared a little better. 5 wins and 5 losses for a 50% win record.
That's because he's already had us 3rd (or better) on the ladder in three out of the past four seasons, and he choked the season spectacularly each and every time. We have this thing called 'pattern recognition' on the Port board, you should look it up.Can we overcome our woes at AO? Still yet to win against a SA team at AO.
Port supporters are a very intriguing bunch. Ken Hinkley has the team outright 3rd on the ladder and they're favourites this week...but their supporters seem to think he's going to choke it up and/or choke the season. I don't really understand the Hinkley Hate.
Keep telling yourself thatBut Cameron comes out of these form slumps. Harry's been doing this his entire career
It's impossible to say that the crowds are the reason for not performing as well, but it's an interesting stat and a big enough difference that it could have some merit.Cheers for doing the legwork on the stats I was too lazy to do. Honestly thought it was worse than that.
It's wet in Adelaide
Hasn't had 6 touches since 2022Orazio to kick 6 against his old club.
Or pull a hamstring in the first 5 minutes......
This is a tough game to pick.
Even if it doesn’t rain, I have a feeling it will be really slippery, which may count against the tall marking forwards.
Given Port has lost Rioli, I not sure if it has the crafty small forward to get front and centre in the forward line, also given how out of form/sync the back line is, if Carlton get a run on, it could be hard for Port to stop.
I’m thinking Carlton by 3-4 goals. But I don’t really have any feeling either way on this game. Particularly given the Wild card of the revised HTB interpretation.
It’s a lovely afternoon now - suns outStopped raining and probably for the rest of the day now. Not sure about tonight though, it will be dewy.
SA basically thinks they’re Germans and want to rip off Bundesliga culture.Getting ready to hit the mute button when Port fans try to murder the great INXS song.
Can someone tell me why they do that?
Is it some "us against them" bs?
As a Port supporter, who left Adelaide almost 20 years ago….SA basically thinks they’re Germans and want to rip off Bundesliga culture.
By injecting some of Triple M’s finest.
Yeah I know, it’s weird. But what do you expect from the “imperial pint” crowd.

So are Adelaide, Brisbane, Carlton, Essendon, North Melbourne and St Kilda. Alongside Freo, GWS and GC, that’s half the league.Lol Port are now drafting players born after their last premiership.
