I don’t know how the eff we did it. Freo looked to be in control of the game. But our guys really lifted in the last quarter. We got a bit lucky with Freo missing a few gettable scoring chances.

Still… We’ll take it… it keeps our season alive.

Great efforts by Meek, Moore, Worpel, Newk, Day, Impey, Weddle, Watson (and Sicily chiming in with 3 good goals)

The whole purpose of us playing 4 of our home games in Launceston is to make some money on games that would otherwise break even (or make a loss) with minimal crowds of 25k to the MCG.

Is he the only AFL player who fishes for high contact frees...? No... There are free kick stagers on every team who pull the same tricks, but nobody moans about it like they do about the Hawk forwards.

Eagles just played melb at the mcg last weekend. First time playing them at the mcg for a decade. First game at the mcg in more than a year.

Weird that the grand final has to be there though.
