It's a big factor, but I think the most cynical/realistic Port supporters won't accept this excuse because they've seen this exact situation play out over and over again the last few years. It's not as simple as those two missing
I did not expect this, could get to 2021 PF bad levels soon if this doesn't turn around.

None of the top 8 are really that good and anyone can beat anyone imo. 3 scariest teams are probably Brisbane, Sydney and Dogs
 
But blindly bombing it in seems like such a good tactic

They looked dangerous getting it near Rioli and JHF early in the second. Naturally they then reverted to kicking it long to Henry and his mates.

I mean ffs. How stupid are these ****ing players?

Geelong thoroughly deserve this, but Port have played into their hands at every opportunity.
