Sorry about sounding a bit like Sandra Sully with the late news here, it's been a while since I graced this forum. Seems as if I missed a fair bit of action too!
So this means that the Hawks weren't playing in the 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2008, 2009 and 2010 grand finals? All this means is that the Hawks haven't made it to the big dance regularly enough to be beaten by the Saints. Seriously, this has to be in your top 20 worst comebacks. Maybe top 10. It certainly seems like a very odd thing to hang your hat on.
Also Plugg3r, don't you think getting into Saints about losing a grand final is a bit rich? It's like a Geelong supporter telling Travis Cloke that "we" won the premiership.
The Tigers theme song is certainly a winner, but it is far too early to call next years action. Certainly seems as if the Saints have a few outs, but it's all about the ins and that won't be settled for a while.
You may have a great record over the last few years, but I believe beating Hawks on the big day still elude's you
