When our backs were against the wall... Season on the line... The pride of the Lion comes out and we come out fighting and maintain if for 4 quarters.

The team played very well. I thought Sheldon had a very good game considering it was his first for the season. He is always trying and his disposal is really good when he takes the game on.

Collier had a good game, he hasn't really impressed me until now but he played well tonight and deserved a spot in the team.

Staker was great in that last half, especially in the dying minutes dropping back and covering for the defense.

And as for that man Lukey Power.. what a champion he has been for us. Chronically under rated during his prime years and is still able to deliver.

Rockliff was great, he must become an elite endurance athlete, i suggest he should start training for the Hawaii triathlon.

Staker was also excellent best game i have seen him play. He isn't a cornerstone footballer, he is cream on the cake.

What a win. No words can describe it. The fact that I was seated next to one of the biggest ****ing tossers. Laid into brown. Laid into fev (until he buried the wobbles... And I made sure I cheered extra loud ). Laid into voss, saying how he was a shit player and is an equally shit coach. LOL.

I didn't expect to win tonight and the boys sure surprised me.

I'm happy with fev, goose, staker, and raines. Voss' recruiting isn't looking bad so far.

Buchanan's input was up on his previous efforts, must go up again and by a fair bit.

Collier looked like he belongs at the level. Not being stuck as a defensive player meant he looked the most relaxed i have seem him at AFL level.

I watched the AFLQ highlights on Fox last night. How Harwood does not get a game is beyond me. The boy knows how to win it at the clearance!

Sorry buddy, but Buchanan was a skunk tonight. Three times into the forward 50 he just kicked it to the opposition. For an experienced player his disposal was very poor.

Agree completely.... nearly cost us the game. I have been patient wishing him the best, but his disposal skills really are very poor.

with black getting on and missing some targets, we need more players around him with efficient disposal. He can handball, and he is tough and can take the play on, but you need some kicking skills in this team. he could get away with it at geelong where a mass of players support the ball carrier, but not with us
