Could work in our favour if we could get quality ball out of the middle with the likes of Prespakis, McDonald and Morrison in the middle and good one-on-one players like Scheer and Darby up forward and Surman and Darcy Moloney at ground level, especially with the 5-6-5 set up they have at centre bounces.
Just cos you mentioned Darby and no slight on you.... but do we actually consider Darby a good one on one player? Or even a good player...
I swear when i am watching her that sometimes she looks like a gun, sometimes she looks like she is playing her first ever game of footy and i never have any confidence which version of her will be near the ball at any given time haha

Round 2 - Geelong vs Sydney
Geelong has named an unchanged team to take on the Swans in Round 2 of the 2023 NAB AFLW Season.

Following a 48-point win over the Western Bulldogs in Round 1, the Cats have backed in the same 21 to take on a Sydney side - fresh off their first-ever AFLW win - in Saturday's clash at North Sydney Oval.

It will be the Cats' first game in New South Wales since they entered the AFLW competition, with their only previous interstate clash against a New South Wales-based team coming against the GWS Giants in Canberra in 2019.

Inaugural AFLW-listed Cat Renee Garing is set to player her 25th AFLW game on Saturday, after making her return to the AFLW last weekend.

The midfielder/forward, who gave birth to son Parker in May last year, backed up an impressive VFLW season with a return to the AFLW, with 11 disposals, seven tackles, three score involvements and two clearances in her first game back.

The match will be broadcast on 7 mate in Victoria, and can be streamed live and free on the official AFLW App and website. First bounce is at 1.05pm AEST. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster here.
