Hope they find a storyline for Punk. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt so far, because I suppose the story for All Out is "Can Punk still go in the ring", and there is enough anticipation for Punk wrestling as is. Still, I don't expect for Punk to be involved in an interesting program and instead we'll just get him challenging random guys (especially Bryan) to "dream matches".

You can’t go giving title matches to a guy who has just walked in the door. Goes against everything they said they would be.
Wins and losses matter , rankings are key to title shots.

Depending on how long he's off for, I'd expect Hangman to be Punk's next "feud" (as opposed to one-off match). If it's a tour of Punk's dream opponents, he'll have a tv program with Eddie Kingston. He'll make Jungle Boy look like a million bucks at some stage. Then it'll be Page I think.
It's hard to know though. This "coming to work with the younger guys who had that same enthusiasm I did" only works for a few months, cos after that he's either a high profile jobber losing to these guys, or he's moving into the main event cos he's beating them (ala WWE part timers.)
Even if he becomes a big name mid carder and they just mix and match his results, losing to Darby before beating Kingston before beating Jungle Boy before losing to Hangman and maybe PAC - his matches cease to mean anything really quickly. He's just a big name who isn't really fighting for anything. (I think his promos over the last 2 weeks are already showing why he was always more effective as a heel promo.)
Now I think about it, you almost have to lose that "coming to work with younger guys" narrative straight away. There's a way for Punk and Darby to have a really intense and engaging 3-match feud where Punk sheds that narrative because Darby beats him (probably with inadvertent help from Sting), and both come out as badarse babyfaces.
And then what better way to solidify Punk as a badarse babyface than a feud with Adam Cole (bay-bay) where Cole has a bunch of those stupid matches where no one sells anything before the match ends with something randomly mundane.
Punk needs to hold the title at some stage.

Replacing Andrade vs Pac with the womens battle royale is like replacing Hogan vs Rock at WM18 with Test vs Rikishi.
Surely there something better they could have put on the show? Nothing against the girls, but the Casino battle royale doesn't work at the best of times.

Found the show pretty boring.
Santana and Ortiz have a cool new look.
I hate how most tag team matches end with a tag double team move in front of the ref. It just makes me so frustrated to see no rules followed, I find it really difficult to get invested in tag matches because of it.
I thought the Punk segment was okay. I think if he stays too long on the "gee whiz, I'm so glad to be here!" path, I'll lose interest pretty soon.
Loved MJF's promo, Jericho's was a bit flat to me. I really think he's lost his way since joining AEW.
Marko Stunt making the save with Jungle Boy was pathetic. Why would four guys clear the ring for him? Just ****ing dumb.
Miro seems interesting, I wish they were giving him more TV time.
Kenny Omega sucks on the mic, I liked the Horseman style beatdown in the cage, but he's so boeing to listen to.

I also fast forwarded the Big Show faf, seems weird to make this Anti-WWE company and then put Big Show in an ongoing feud. It's a really bad look.
