So within the space of 1 post, you've already switched topics.

Your claim was that this echo chamber was bamboozled when Trump won, which it wasn't given most were predicting a tight election. We're not talking about your prediction. Sorry if it's hard for you to focus.
You brought it up. Not me.
Fairly silly of you if you ask me.

It wasn’t tight. He shat in.

It represents the United Kingdom. That's why the union jack is positioned top left.

You really got no idea about flags, do you?
So of the current flags used which one do you consider the Australian’ flag? And please, no smart arse response’

So what's the issue with First Nations people having a flag? It just doesn't matter. The official Australian flag is the one with the British Union Jack but there can be other flags surely.
Until we vote in a new flag we are stuck with one. There can be other flags but they should not occupy the same prominence as the Australian flag.

This is not a smart arse answer however why is Dutton and his Sky News crew so fearful about the indigenous flag? If the flag brings self respect and pride to a section of the community why worry?

Why not? In an inclusive society it's important to celebrate and reflect on all parts of the community. Isn't not recognising those flags divisive?

My god, memory issues as well. You brought the US election/politics up.

This is also not historically accurate. Even within this century.

But you know this, because you've already been told on other threads. You just pride yourself on not knowing things as it's a bit inconvenient to have standards.

So because something is official, there is no room for any moral or social reflection?

This is like when you were saying that electorates always get things right, despite power flipping between parties constantly.

Zero substance.
You can reflect on it but the fact is there is one flag that is recognised globally.
Just because you don’t like it doesn’t change it.

Because every country in the world operates under one flag.
The real issue is there is a certain type of Australian that use this issue to hide their racist views. I remember my grandparents who despised the Indigenous flag due to their racism and ditto with the far right.

Because it is not a flag that represents the majority of Australians. The Torres Strait flag means even less to us.

It is also confusing to outsiders. Name other countries that fly multiple flags. Genuine question. There may be some but I don’t know which.

If you seriously want the indigenous flag as our flag take it to a plebiscite or referendum. But don’t shove it down our throats like some local councils are doing in Melbourne

So that CSIRO report that says Dutton is full of shit re nuclear...
Do we even need to pretend like it's not just labelled as fake news to those who don't want to hear it?

I'm not even ideologically opposed to Nuclear. I think we're in one of the best countries to consider it, with geological and political stability. But it does seem to be cost ineffective.

Does the union jack represent every Australian?

Yet here we are fussing about a piece of cloth.
