feels like theres a rule for the comp and then one for st kilda... i cant remember the last time we got a decent outcome at the MRP or Tribunal

I am really not sure how they can classify it as intentional, and then not classify the act by Murphy prior as also intentional (his case a fine). That's an AFL cop out.

Sure Caminiti's reaction may have been intentional, but the outcome was careless. It would be fascinating listening to the legal speak on these.

Intentional is in line with 'pre meditated' and players should be out for a year. Everything else is and should be 'careless'. It's branding a player assigning 'intentional' in this scenario.

Yep seems they are pushing the careless line which runs logically with Murphy falling as he went to push
