I think most people rate his game. That's not concerning too many people (I think, I've not done a survey or anything). The big question is more simply if his body is going to be able to take it and, moreover, how long it will take.

I still see him as a 1st year player really who's only just been drafted. Loads of potential, but we don't know quite what we have yet. He has a great WAFL season and maybe pushing for the odd game later in the year, I'll be stoked with that.
Yep, I think that would be a great result, particularly if he can start mid-seasonish.

My only concern with him is he gives me terrible flashbacks to Adam Campbell...

Yeah, a lot of similarities including (unfortunately) dodgy knees. People are even talking about Apeness in a similar way.

From the little I've seen of him (and it isn't much), I'd say Apeness is a more natural footballer than Campbell, but maybe not quite as physical. Adam was a bit of wrecking ball when he was in fully flight. Apeness is similar, but not to the same degree. Just my opinion of course.
