You know as poor as we’ve been in our last 8 games, in a wacko year we probably were as deserving as any team to at least play finals. The Pies loss at least didn’t cost us, symbolically that’s what I was dreading.

Beating Port at AO by 6 goals
Beating Lions at Gabba
Belting Cats by 10 goals

Average losing margin across 10 losses being just under 2 goals.

This week we lose last kick v Aints with so many out, the same Aints who beat Cats by 3 goals at same venue last week.

Whatever happens these finals, let’s hope it’s a big springboard going into next year.
