I generally wouldn't cheer for India or England but apart from that, I agree with the author's basic point.
A lot of the comments seem to agree as well.
For me, the shine started falling away when McGrath and Slater and others started sooking about other teams' sledging.
Sorry boys, you want to push the boundaries of what can be said, you don't get to set the boundaries for other people.
I lost a heap of respect for Australian cricket in general (especially CA and the 'fans') following how Smith was treated after the sandpaper.
Who do I want to win the ashes? Whoever I put cash on. Or alternatively, probably Australia, unless they start acting like F'wits again.
