So long as there's enough pace and bounce to hit through everything he'll probably be fine. Lack of pace brings him undone more than a bit of movement IMO. Movement only affects him about as much as most batsmen.

Yep definitely it was a lack of pace that caused him to score zero runs in the ashes lol

Burns - he would've known Boult can shape it back in and yet he played a big drive hard hands first ball to a good length ball. Needed forward defence - soft hands with good balance. He's not the answer.
