Time now for B Section predictions and questions for 2007...No standout contender and anyone bar MHSOB, SKOB and Beaumaris can play finals. Can St Bedes go back to back?
St Kevins: Will it take a hard nosed bogan coach from Strathmore to put some toughness into these chumps? They are kidding themselves if they think they can cover for the loss of Greenham and Chard. Their only hope is that their ageing players can pull out some magic for one more season.
The future at SKOB looks bleak and questions need to be asked about their clubs culture. Has there ever been a club or school that has more players at other clubs in the VAFA that its own Old boys team? RELEGATION certanties.



You certainly have made some massive assertions there Mr Sausage Roll. Blaming a clubs culture is an easy excuse for any disloyal prick who pisses off and plays for $$. It also disrespects the 5-6 guys at the club who have worked their arse off for the club over the past 10 years and racked up their 150 odd games.
The culture at SKOB is alive and well, with 50 on track each night. The non team players have left for greater rewards over the past couple of years. I am sure every club has had them over the years. The "whats in it for me" brigade rather than playing for the love of your club.
I can guarantee 100% we dont have one left with their own agenda in 07. Will that win us games? who knows? so i am happy for you to pot us for not being good enough but it has nothing to do with our culture.

Could somebody please tell me why St Bede's people have little regard for anything outside of Brindisi St.

I have tried to ignore the post by SR but I must concur. Every normal club in the Ammos has been affected by the 'Sholly' rule. Only the super clubs like OX may not have been. Guys like Dolly, Mahns and Garv have given their heart and soul not just to SKOB but to amateur football. Marcus Dollman even gave uip the opportunity to play in an Essendon ressies flag for our comp and his club. This 'culture' line is a well worn one when it comes to SKOB, like all clubs, the boys are terrific and down to earth normal blokes, like they are at PEGS, Marcellin, St Marys,Mt Lilydale and every othe football club in Australia.
Its fine if you dont rate their playing ability, but leave it at that.

SMG, can they pronounce Brindisi Street? These guys obviously arent the real deal footy core at St Bedes because if they were, they would be respecting Luke Beveridges wish, no command, that they dont post on this site. There were major drama last year at the Tigers because of the propaganda posted on Big Footy about how good they were, although it did prove to be on the money.
Now lets see if the young lads have anything constructive to contribute or will it be a battle of them against us, because only one will win that comp.

As the talk happens to nearly be all about the boys from Mentone, was just wondering if they were going to play a few of the U/19s this year. From my understanding, R. Swayne was the league best and fairest in his U/19 competition last year and does this mean he would be a certain starter in the Tigers seniors and also heard something bout another promising youngster by the name of Neville i think, any news on how these two have gone during your preseason and are both seniors or U/19s still?

Luke and the club are not stupid - they know & respect everyones constitutional right too "Freedom of Speech".....long live FoS..thats the fundamental driver of this site, isn't it?.

We will proactivley contribute when we have something,whilst, and more importantly raise objections where people have been unfairly tarnished.

Fair crack SR - only change I see is rotation of 4 & 7 - I give Ajax a great chance '07 on last year and what has been raised about them so far.
