I didn't have the best view to accurately judge everyone's game yesterday, but Tex seemed to cause a lot of issues for Adelaide's forward line with his selfish play, demanding it from those in better positions constantly so he could be the hero. The goal that he did kick early was a beautiful set shot, but it was followed by missing one that a KPF should nail when the game was still in the balance, and he then became a liability from then on.

Now lots of people will highlight the smother while he was running in to an easy goal/burning of his team mate and they should. After all it was the most glaring of errors with time running out and a game to save. But lets be real, it took a real team effort to fail as miserably as the Tuggers did last Saturday afternoon to the Gold Coast.

As a small forward who impacts the scoreboard regularly at least in the Behinds column, Castagna is as mediocre a player as the AFL has to offer. When you consider they keep players like him and Aarts and let go of walk up start AA Tyson f'n Stengle you have to wonder what they're smoking down there at Tugger land (the likely answer being Meth).

Hardwick has finally lost patience banishing him and pretty much all of their small forwards to the VFL this round after failing to realize that he is made of starch until now.

Runner up this week is the softest player in the league Jaidyn Sportsbet with the actual worst player of the round "Flyin' Ryan" coming in 3rd.
