It should pick it up, but after a couple of minutes I gave up this arvo.

It got an early release on Steam, so it's been out for a couple of hours now.

It's awesome, no doubt about it. It's a different experience that's for sure, the maps seem to be great, and the teams aren't loaded with useless snipers. The maps are full of lot's of tiny path's, so the whole thing is adding up to make it feel genuinely different from BC2. The general laggyness that came with BC2 (and was also present in MoH) is now history as well, which was a very nice surprise.

Other things I'm loving are watching the flamethrowers in action and hearing the 60's tunes being pumped out of the vehicles as they roll past you, as well as the general focus on close range firefights.

Vietnam isnt too bad.. pretty laggy though, hopefully it gets fixed soon

Haven't played this game for a while intil tonight and I'm shocked to see they still haven't fixed the whole 'your team wins/loses' thing.....just wow. On the bright side there were some new maps waiting for me and it seems to be lag free now which is excellent.

Freakin pumped for tomorrow! Gonna be awesome.

Edit: I believe the Dec 21st release date on the BC2 news ticker refers to American time, which means we'll have to wait till later tonight or maybe tomorrow. ****!

Well according to multiple people's twitter accounts, the Vietnam expansion has just been released.....I can't find it in the marketplace or the in-game store.

As you can tell, I'm pumped for this game.....so sick of Black Ops.

Edit: Found it in the X-Box Live Marketplace and am about to play now

Awesome. That's the only word I can describe for Vietnam. Had a great time tonight. Like the return to the iron sights and actually using skill and weapon control to kill people (not like COD). Really enjoying this. Looks and sounds great. Graphics are awesome and the fire effects so real. RPG seems to be a lot better then in BC2. Garand is a beast. Sound track is kick ass.
