Why do you think Grundy is Dumb Footballer and a Bust?

He does do some dumb things, such as when he puts boot to ball without thinking or looking or kicks off one step. I am not as excited by him now as earlier in the season. He needs to take more marks around the game and kick more goals. However, he still has some time on his side and he surely will become a better player than Witts. The wild card is Cox. Unfortunately he is 24 years of age and even though new to football, you wonder how much better he can get.

I think time might be up for Toovey, Goldsack and Blair - although having all three out impacts our experience. Reid back for me is a must - need his kicking out of defence, just think Brown and Frost are both a bit one-dimensional and therefore can't have them both there. Grundy can't ruck all season on his own so Witts/Cox to replace one of Kennedy, Broomhead or Fasolo at times.

Don't know all of the contract status but would suggest the following on the way out: Armstrong, Karnezis, Dwyer, Young.

Ideally you'd throw Scharenberg, Treloar, Aish and freeman into that side but until they sign or have hamstring transplants I've decided to leave them out.
Abbott is a bit iffy but I did like what I saw in the vfl this year and that was coming off a very interrupted pre season..... Fingers crossed
I've purposely left out the rumoured trade bait in witts, Oxley, Seedsman and Kennedy but I wouldn't be against keeping them when it's all said and done
