I've stood next to him at the gym (as if I don't look unimpressive enough), his lean muscle definition is incredible. Not an ounce of fat on him.

No idea. I just go to a regular suburban gym and rocked up one morning and he was there. Was with one of the PTs doing a mini circuit, mostly body weight stuff.

Hadn't seen him there before or since.

Running out in Captain, V.C., D.V.C, order it would be Nicholls, Walls, Ian Robertson, then David Dickson, Syd Jackson (obscured), followed by Paul Hurst.

That is what I was thinking as well. Hurst did not play in 1968 or 1970 gf but definitely played in 72.

Walls does look like Bootsma. Was just 22 but had played 112 senior games.

Amazing to debut in league footy at 16yo, like Watson must have been incredibly skilled and strong for a teenager.

Can 100% confirm. It's the 72 Grand Final and that's Paul Hurst. I think later in life ran foul of the law over some trafficking.
