Speaking to someone today who is in close contact from a current day player at the club, there is a few players not happy with bev at the moment, since the grand final loss has been very hard to approach and won’t even sit down to just have a chat, I think GF loss has hit him harder then we all know.

Hopefully that’s not true but he doesn’t seem him self lately even tho he saying that he is better then ever.

He has been hard to approach for six months and you wait that length of time and conveniently say it after the team loses the first two games. And if they had kicked straight in the second half and snatched the win you wouldn't have said anything. I take it with a grain of salt.

I only watched it at the ground so it was hard to see, but from where I was it looked like we attacked the ball carrier to hard. Stopage after stopage we'd converge on the man with the ball, he'd handball out to a free option and they'd run from there. Exactly how Melbourne killed us.

Carlton played us exactly like Melbourne did. Expect more of the same from other teams.

Now Bevo has filled every coaching role at the club with his old mates from St Bede's and the Hawks. So if we sack Bevo we pretty much need to clean out the whole coaching panel. He's surrounded himself with "Yes" men so he can get away with whatever he wants. He won a miracle flag early and the club let him do whatever he wants and now he has way too much power.

Bont would get better if he could lead from the front and kick a relatively simple set shot. For someone who can pinpoint anything in traffic, it's a joke that he can't get close on a slight angle from 40m

Very true but that’s 0-7 years with us finishing top 4 to give us legitimate shots of going all the way. Are we ok to be a team that consistently makes finals in the bottom half of the 8?

We’ve either decided this is a transition season and we’re tinkering for 2023 or we’ve deadset lost the plot.

If you finish top 4 you have a much better chance. Had we of done so last year we wouldn’t have had to travel around the country in isolation during the finals.

No, just an assistant coaching selection criteria as long it's processed through the proper formal and compliance procedure see the documentation below

I am extremely interested how our coaches soft cap is to other clubs. Our new assistants you would think would be paid less than other clubs. How much does Bevo get? How to we compare to the Dees? There coaching structure and quality is of far better quality than ours.
