Biased/incompetent media coverage

They’re all as thick as thieves. Trying to circle their wagons to protect their position in a dying industry
Barra’s jumped ship too by the looks of it. That ok with me though. Haven’t been able to stand him ever since his ordinary performance during Parto’s first media presser when drafted to the club.
I’ll be defending the club as much as possible over the coming days/weeks. There is no culture issue, no arrogance issue. This is an isolated incident and the Peter Staples incident was incited by the media who got there shot but then got greedy and started moving closer to Nic wanting more. Freo are the club with a questionable culture on and off field. Police investigations, sexual misconduct, hush money etc.... all just recently.
And if players are going start being charged with criminal offences over what happens on field, then they need to stop tackling and bumping immediately, because if you were to bump or tackle someone in public, that’s assault my friends.

Was Lacy not the one asking all the stupid repetitive questions in the after match press conferences yesterday?

I'm not certain but the driver of the ambulance taking Bradshaw from the stadium was a dead ringer for Tom Percy.
I kinda wish that EP didn't end the alignment so we could come out and just **** EP over in the next few rounds. I bet he wouldn't be making those comments if they were in WP's situation.

Someone needs to remind the dockers that Walters jumping on the back of McGovern would be classed as assault away from the footy oval.
This is absolutely a response to the Peter Staples incident, nothing arcs the media up like attacks on their brotherhood. That's not a story that gets much interest though so when there's a chance to hit back its not surprising they do.
Its all white noise anyway. There's legitimate criticisms you can aim at a bunch of people in this incident if you take the right angles.

Yeah i'm fairly sure she was one who asked a question to Ross using the words 'Dog Act' in reference to the Gaff hit. Thought that was highly professional wording by a journalist. The media are getting out of hand on this, 'Weak Coast Eagles' is ridiculous. No doubt many are using this as retaliation for the Peter Staples incident, as West Coast pulled a swifty on the media by using the back door.
The hate is unfathomable. How did these utter dickheads get a job in the media? Absolutely appalling to carry this witch hunt on the way it has.
I was just saying to my family tonight, if we go onto win the Grand Final, then I hope the club COMPLETELY block the WA media from any interviews with players, coaches etc.... they’re not welcome to the Grand Final Home coming parade and just run all media from the club website and app and copyright it l, stopping any media (specifically WA media) from showing it. F**k ‘em. Most of them are probably purple’s with an even greater chip on their shoulder, who are now allowing the emotion of the game and yesterday’s incident to become incompetent and unprofessional in their workplace.
Something I’ve not seen mentioned yet as well is, I hope the media are taking into account Andrew Gaffs mental state/health at this current time also. He wouldn’t just be feeling the guilt of what’s happened to Young Brayshaw. But no doubt he’ll be feeling it even more that his club, coaches and brothers are being attacked by the media questioning their characters and culture. They need to be brought down a peg or two.

How do we know she wasn't talking about Pav's commentary?
Its a good way to teach them a lesson but ch7 and every other media outlet that have a connection to the AFL will get their way after having whinge to the AFL.
