If we don’t take wickets in the powerplay we look easy to score heavily against. We can’t afford to be this sloppy against the Sixers. Hopefully it’s out of the system after tonight.
Let's never speak of it againWhat a weird ******* game that was
That wasn't exactly the best bowling attack. Richardson is back next week.If we don’t take wickets in the powerplay we look easy to score heavily against.
I don't have a problem with Steve Smith playing as he is on their roster. But it's bogus that it doesn't apply to the other playersSteve Smith will delay his entry into Australia’s Test camp in a bid to spearhead the Sydney Sixers to a fourth Big Bash title.
Fox Cricket recorded its highest ratings of the season for the Sydney Smash blockbuster, as the must-watch dynamic of Smith smashing boundaries while Australian teammate David Warner plotted his downfall on the live mic enthralled viewers.
And on the back of the batting superstar’s second consecutive BBL hundred at the SCG, it can be revealed Australian coach Andrew McDonald has now given Smith permission to play the Sixers’ first final on January 28 before joining camp for the tour of India.
Members of the Australian team are due to train in Sydney starting on Saturday, but Smith has received an extension to continue headlining the BBL before flying to India on January 31.
Smith’s confirmed inclusion is a massive boost for the Sixers, given the magnitude of The Qualifier Final they’ll play against the Perth Scorchers
Agar going into bowling camp so unavailable for the final but Smith can play … absolutely ridiculous, what a joke
I hate to agree with this campaigner. But there you go.Tye bowls power surge and at the death every game, he'll go the journey occasionally, that's T20 cricket.
Don't think we lose too much with Agar not playingSteve Smith will delay his entry into Australia’s Test camp in a bid to spearhead the Sydney Sixers to a fourth Big Bash title.

If it means Turner bowls instead then I think it’s a reasonable loss. Hatz will go wicketless @ 10/over playing at Optus stadium.Don't think we lose too much with Agar not playing
It's not really the point though.Don't think we lose too much with Agar not playing
Every member of the touring squad should be travelling to India ASAP. Going from flat BBL wickets and playing T20, to Indian ragers in the Test format, requires some acclimatisation and preparation. Particularly for batsmen. WTF is CA thinking?
