They only avoid playing them, not picking them. Green, Inglis and Marsh would all definitely be in this XI and Agar on the fringe. Our depth is a testament to our development pathways and talent identification (and luck)

They said that last year none of the WA players were in all three of the championship sides. This year there would be four (Bancroft, Turner, Kelly, Hardie). Inglis got screwed out of being the fifth.
Even more impressive when you consider that WA’s best strike bowler missed half of the BBL and domestic season, including the championship matches, and their best white ball player missed the entire BBL season and most of the Marsh Cup, and only played one Shield match.
