The fibula is the smaller of the two shin bones. With the larger tibula intact thats why he was able to hobble off.

If he broke both his leg would have bent instead of buckled.

The nice thing about bone healing is, it's ****ing mint as.

Bones are inherently extremely vascular (which is great), have inbuilt stem cells in droves ready to deposit new bone matrix (which is great) and the end result is often as strong, if not stronger than the old bone.








This is me consoling myself with science...
Good enough for me. I'm trying hard to cling to any positive I can with this injury. He's our best player.
 
Cupping can be painful.

Had a Physio that was a fan, knew where to find the sore spots too. Must have done some good, only missed three weeks.

My physio has insisted on weekly cupping sessions to help with wrist pain for a while now, but I don't see how you could do it with your back?
