Surely we need to do a big review of injury management at the end of the season. Not saying it is all Russell's fault (a number of areas could contribute) but this happens year after year and I refuse to accept it is just bad luck. The way I see it there are 3 areas. 1) Who we recruit, 2) How we prevent injuries and 3) How we rehabilitate them. Part of the review should be an honest assessment on a number of our injury prone players and strong calls as to who we can afford to keep on the list going forward.

I imagine this was covered in last years review but obviously still a major issue. I doubt the club is happy to accept the status quo.
