So put it this way, Port need 13 for Lukocius.

It's roundabouts, GC want Noble, so just swap a few picks around that has 13 back with GC.

Why would we get involved?

It's stupid for us to overpay, on a deal we won't come out fair on.

Move to other opportunities to move up in the draft and get two top 30 picks, our second round pick, and two cheap and top youth assets in the Campo brothers.

Do we go all out for a premiership over the next 2-3 yrs, then crash back down, rebuild all over again for the next decade, or do we get draft picks, and set ourselves up to be a top 8 team for the next decade?

I'd rather we go to the draft, competition is so even these days, aim to be a team that consistently plays finals every year...

Does anyone really know? Feels like everyday it changes and media are just speculating/guessing. Until Houston/His Manager/Port or Carlton come out and say something offical I'll just take it with a grain of salt.

No point stressing about it, don't blame port for asking for a decent return for him. Houston is a very good player, given our stance on wanting to keep our first round pick will be pretty hard to satisfy them.
