I would be extremely happy with this. All I wanted was for the Crows to bring in someone from a winning culture and it doesn't get any better than Geelong from the past 5 years. Should be very good for this club.

Sanderson was gutted to not get the Geelong job a year ago. I suspect he'll be a great appointment for the AFC.

What pleases me most though is that he won't be Nathan Buckley's right hand man next year. Collingwood won't have Malthouse, Neeld, Sanderson and hopefully Watters.
