Bulldogs backline looks undersized to me-

FB [34] Bailey Williams, [42] Alex Keath, [35] Caleb Daniel
HB [15] Taylor Duryea, [10] Easton Wood, [31] Bailey Dale
They are not expecting it to be down there much.

Very happy with those changes.

Oscar for Ballenden was logical if he's fit.

Gardiner for Payne was also logical given Payne's injury.

And Ah Chee has been very ordinary in the first 3 weeks (a shame really, heard good things about his pre-season), so him going out for Bez makes sense.

I think he is a bit lost in the backline, needs to play a bit further up the ground. Seemed to play on the wing a bit during the pre-season and excelled in that role in the games I saw.

Changes as hoped
Great to see Dev and T Berry get another game
I agree Ah Chee better used up the ground although who for?

I'm happy with the changes. Neales back must be good. Hope we hear no more of it. Feel bad for Jack Payne, this was the year for him to bank some experience. Sure he makes a clanger or two but he does more right than wrong and never gives up. Hope he gets back and finishes the season strong. Wrapped for devrob n b2, both deserve their spot. I like watching them play. Ah chee looks much better and much more confident when used fwd. Wing/ half fwd that can float back and be an extra defender is the best we can get out of him I think. How good he could be in that role is up to him. He won't be the running half back we were hoping for.

I think we can beat the doggies if we bring the same defensive pressure as last week. Gotta hassle them into errors and not let them get their run going. After an easy win against the kangas, they might start complacent. If we get an early jump, 3 or 4 goals quick, and play hard at them, I think we could have a 30 or 40 point win. If we're not switched on or get cocky it will be another close one. As we've seen the last two weeks, close can go either way.
