Seems to me the final four is pretty much locked in even at this early stage and the main interest for the remainder of the home and away rounds will be who will be relegated.

In my uneducated opinion. I'd say Caulfield, Beauy & Ajajx will take the top 3 spots. I'd probably lean toward Mazenod grabbing 4th off Ruppo and Old Camberwell. I still can't understand how Mazenod has gone so badly and because of this I'm tipping them for a late charge. But they'll need to hurry up.

Ormond I reckon are safe, even though they only have 3 wins.

Parkdale are gone and it is just a matter of who is joining them. At this stage I think Fitzroy are still challenging the better sides and will grab enough wins to stay up. OG's for me to join the Vultures in the drop.

Agree with you about the top 3. However, I can't see the Nodders or O.C knocking Rupo out of the 4. Considering the number of players that departed after 2009 I think the Monders would take consolidating in 'C' this year.

Well I'll start off this week:

Beaumaris v Old Geelong - The Sharks will roll on and give the OG's a fair beating.
Mazenod v Ormond - This is an interesting one. I'll go with the Nodders at home, they certainly need this one if they are going to play finals.
Caulfield vs Fitzroy -The Roys are fighting hard and I believe will avoid the drop, but they'll find the Fields too good at Glenhuntly.
Old Camberwell v Parkdale - The Wellers should win this easily and if Rupo lose this will get them into the top 4.
Ruppertswood v Ajax - The Jackas should win this and they were plucky in their loss in the last round. However Rupo seem to find a way to win out there and I think they'll win another close one.

At shark park tonite they welcomed back a few players from the superrules team that competed in the national championships in Darwin last week. The players were collo, cus, hamo and nishy. They tell me Mitchell st was a blast. The team finished 3rd overall Well Done boys!

On another note Di langton would you like to come to the sharks gala nite this coming saturday at the southern golf course, Ill pick you up at round 7ish in my stats van and we can have few crownies and chards, before we head off to the dance at bout 8.

Beaumaris 47
Ormond in a toe to toe slug fest, figuratively speaking. Very good in the wet last week so if the Central is heavy.....can't pick a margin, but will be a cracker.
Caulfield 63
Old Cam 24 at home, no other reason
Rupo 17 at home, Jackas an unknown quantity in the wet away
