Will I think these are fair contenders as misfud has beauy sitting on top,Simon Taylor had a fantastic as he got the victories against beauy at home and caulfiled. Bernie Sheey is eyeing off a top 2 finish this week. Davve matthews has done a fantastic job of keeping a struggling team together and they have been somewhat competive. Tim Killworth has had fantastic year without his afl superstars playing and are now a serious contender in the finals.
Who do u rekon should be coach of the year?
I would personally give it to the Premiership winning coach. But Taylor, obviously won't win that, has done very well to get the wins the Roys have got. I'd probably give it to Taylor after the Home & Away season.
Sheehy didn't get a top 2 finish and the culture Killworth has created at once decent club is nothing to be proud of!
Care to elaborate Keano?
Bad Sporting Parent Syndrome
Thanks so much for the expansive elaboration.
So, now coaches are being blamed for player’s parents?
My thoughts for this weekend:
Seniors
Beaumaris v Caulfield - Toss a coin on this one and I think it will be close, but in the end I think the Fields will prevail.
Ajax v Old Camberwell - The Jackas are travelling really well at the minute and should have too much run for Camberwell.
Reserves
Caulfield v Ormond - The Monders are primed full of players with plenty of seniors experience and will get across the line in a close game.
Old Geelong v Mazenod - Seeing that competition leading goal kicker Cam Raine is off to the tribunal, I can't see OG's getting stopped in this one.

What if he got off??
No. I don't think you got the point I was trying to make.
I reckon Coaches could be responsible for players behaviour and attitudes towards umpires and opposition.
I don’t think anyone gets your point, Keano.
You’re the one who provided the elaborate explanation of “Bad Sporting Parent Syndrome” by way of your explanation without any supportive evidence.
My apologies for attempting to engage in a sensible discussion by requesting an explanation for your emotive and unsubstantiated accusation for the destruction of a 50 year old culture at a club attributed to your 15 word assassination...
Bad Day at work?
I don't believe I said a 50 year culture had been destroyed. I just thought the way the coaching staff and players conducted themselves was not of the same standard I am used to seeing at Old Camberwell. Generally coaches create a culture, or at least they can direct it in the right direction. Maybe the 2 games they have played against Caulfield were different, maybe we bring the worst out in them. Or maybe that's the way they have behaved all year?
Hope you have a better day today!

Interesting observation Keano. There was one absolute tool of a supporter at GBO on Saturday who thankfully appeared to be the lone idiot. On the terrace anyway. And maybe he was just having a bad day (think: Kelvin Cunnington). He knows who he is. I know who he is too cos he still he had his nametag on from the pre-game lunch. Rofl.
Anyway, I digress. It's interesting that you get the sense that OC are worse this year. Their President came over for a chat and was quite forthcoming about his determination to eradicate the ratbag element they have become known for (his words). And he sees Killer as an integral part of that change ...for the better.

Hope he is. Maybe I am judging OC too harsh and some of the poor behaviour I saw is still a hangover from previous coaching staff.
BTW I'd hate to meet Rissoles if he did have a bad day!
So what type of crowd would be expected at Sandringham this weekend? Is there any chance that teams outside the 4 would get on the AJAX bandwagon? OC can't be that bad surely Keano..

I would be highly suprised that teams outside the 4 would care who won on the weekend. Not sure the Jackas are that popular either...
My predictions at Sandringham will be:-I would be highly suprised that teams outside the 4 would care who won on the weekend. Not sure the Jackas are that popular either...
