If im Richmond im 100% all over this. Great replacement for Rioli and probably costs pick 39 + 41 (assuming Doggies will want 5 picks this year with 3 of them out + probably time to delist Keath + Johannisen to boot) which are probably picks that Richmond wont necessarily have to use anyway

What value is he adding to sides that are contending? Very little

That's fine, if he were out of contract, I'd agree. He's worth a pick around 35 maybe even 25. But someone's gotta pay his contract. I just hope it ain't us. Don't mind him as a player, would rather he was 6'3, is my point.

In a deep draft with many varied players capable of playing multiple positions, I'd hope we don't do anything stupid, like overpay for a shortish bloke who can't defend too well. We have heaps of them already, albeit not as good a kick/decision maker.

Reported to be back ended on 700-750k. I'm not straight up believing these types of reports but if it close to that then you won't get much for him imo. He is fairly fringe and on good money.
